With over two decades of leadership experience in organisations such as Publicis and Richemont, developing internationally renowned brands, I understand first-hand the complexities of leading in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.

Having lived and worked across Europe, the US, Africa and the Middle East, I bring a nuanced perspective to global leadership dynamics and cultural fluency.

I hold a master’s degree in management and marketing from ESSEC Business School, Paris; a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Goldsmiths, University of London; and an Executive Coaching Certificate from Henley Business School (October 2025), which is ICF, AC, and EMCC accredited.

My coaching approach is based on the strength of diversity, and leveraging differences for teams to reach their highest potential. It is also shaped by the understanding that, especially at the highest levels, leaders benefit from a trusted space for reflection and stretching their thinking.
